Active real estate appraiser as owner/appraiser of Wayne Humphries and Associates since June 1986.  Experience consists of residential and commercial appraisal reporting.  Does approximately 350-400 appraisals a year.  Currently on the FHA roster to do FHA appraisals.  Also conducts field and desk reviews for various lenders.  Has lived in Roanoke, Virginia for past 25 years. Prior to entering real estate field was District Manager for U. S. Railroad Retirement Board.
